About the Role
Are you an energetic and persuasive Inside Sales Specialist with a passion for talking to people and closing deals? We’re looking for driven professionals with 3+ years of experience in telecalling and cold calling, from any industry background, who are eager to grow in a fast-paced, international sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telecalling and cold calling to generate and convert leads
- Manage end-to-end Inside Sales cycle — from pitching to closing
- Build strong rapport with international customers (US, UK, Australia, Canada)
- Handle objections confidently and ensure successful deal closures
- Maintain sales records using CRM tools
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales / Telecalling / Cold Calling (any industry)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Graduate in any field
- Self-starter with a positive, go-getter attitude
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
